worth its 3 stars. it's comfortable place for sightseeing and exploring nashville.
Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.
The location is excellent, walking distance to the football stadium and close to the airport
The staff was helpful & everything was NICE. Country music hall of fame and is just 1 km away, we could easily reach it. The bed is comfortable and no complaints.
Location to Broaway and Country Music Hall of Fame....and breakfast was ok.
Staff was friendly ands helpful
Hotel and rooms just seem dirty, linens were clean but floors ,walls ,furniture needs cleaning.Floors would probably look and feel better with carpet. My feet were black after walking around room barefoot.
The bed was incredibly comfortable; just what we needed after a long, hot night on the main stretch of Nashville. Aveda bath products were icing on the cake....and the shower was nice as well. There is also a Starbuck's on site.
The interior wasn't as up to date as it should've been for the price, but the comfort of the room made up for it.
Good location for down town activities. Easy to get in and out of room.
Room service food was not good. Ordered a hamburger and it was awful. Tried to be too fancy and it just want worth eating. Bed was not that comfortable. Pillows small
easy location to walk to many major attractions and quite close to the finish line (and free shuttles to the start line) of the Nashville Marathon (35,000 runners) nice bar in lobby with live music and very friendly staff - special shout out to bellman Shane - he was our personal tour guide and knew Nashville really well - had great recommendations. would definitely stay there again.
The staff was great! They were able to accommodate and make sure that we were enjoying ourselves and our stay. The rooms were very spacious for being a boutique hotel. Overall, it was a great hotel and I would definitely return and also recommend it to others planning a trip to Nashville. It's within walking distance to everything downtown, which was exactly what our group was looks for.
We fell in love with Hotel Indigo. We travel to Nashville often and had not found this wonderful hotel, but it is our hotel of choice now. It is vintage yet extremely modern with a fresh and authentic design. The room was excellent, perfection! Loved the Keurig in the room! Then to top it all off, the food was superlative! Fresh made Hummus, fresh vegetables, awesome tap beers locally brewed. Would recommend this hotel to the most particular of travelers.
The staff, every single one we encountered, was personable and extremely patient and helpful. They seemed like the Hotel was their home and they were proud of it. We just loved everything about Hotel Indigo!
The entire stay was wonderful however; we had the most kind valet attendent who (even though we did not valet park) was above and beyond nice and helpful! His name was I believe sean (young white male with semi curly hair. What a treat and we will for sure return!
It was a really great hotel with lovely staff, efficient service and comfortable well equipped rooms.
The staff was very nice. The food was delicious. The valet parking was great. The room was very contemporary. The location was perfect!!
There is no hotel safe in the room. And the floors were cold and hard. Didn't feel very clean underneath bare feet. Would have been nice to have had double sinks. We felt a little crowded. Also, Cannot believe there wasn't a small fridge in the room. Two things you get used to and they were missing. A Safe and a fridge. The elevator was a little scary also.
The access to downtown
The construction, I know they are in the in the middle of a remodeling, but this may hurt the rating until it is complete. Other than that I had no disruptions and really felt like I was tuck away in NYC.
Excellent room decor
Hotel was being substantially refurbished during our stay. Hotel was dusty and a building site. Breakfast was possibly the worst I've experienced.
